| Welcome! |
<--- This is what I hope no one sees this year. Thankfully this was just a case of having my camera with me when a photo opportunity presented itself and not me in trouble.
Welcome! This site is for motorcycle enthusiasts in the New River Valley of Virginia. It is not affiliated with the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF), the New River Community College (NRCC) or their Motorcycle Saftey program. I am a RiderCoach with the program and am offering this site as a way for students that complete the program to be able to keep in touch, ask questions, share experiences, plan rides, etc.
All motorcycle enthusiasts in the New River Valley are welcome here, whether you have completed the courses or not.

CONGRATULATIONS to Angie Covey for winning the 2005 Motorcycle Safety Foundation's "Outstanding Motorcycle Safety Support" award. This award is given to an individual, organization or company (other than a motorcycle dealership) who has supported motorcycle safety, whether nationally, within a state, or locally. Angie is the N.R.C.C. site coordinator. I'm sure everyone who has been a part of the N.R.C.C. Motorcycle Training program, whether as a RiderCoach or as a student, will agree that Angie really deserves this award. More info to come!!!
CONGRATULATIONS to Dennis Phillips for winning the 2005 Motorcycle Safety Foundation's "Outstanding RiderCoach Trainer". In addition to being a RiderCoach Trainer, Dennis is the site coordinator at C.V.C.C. in Lynchburg, VA. Dennis has worked very closely with Angie to get the program at N.R.C.C. started. We couldn't have done it without either one of these two individuals!!! More info to come!!!
A SPECIAL THANKS TO SHANKS TRUCKING for sweeping the ranges at N.R.C.C. in 2006
